1. General provisions

These Terms govern access to and use of the public Mensa Serbia website, the Members Portal, and related digital services. By using the website, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms. If you disagree, do not use features that require acceptance of the Terms.

2. Acceptable use

You may use the website only lawfully, in good faith, and for its intended purposes. Unauthorized access attempts, disruption of systems, malicious code, impersonation, automated bulk extraction, and use of other persons' data without a proper basis are prohibited.

3. Account and member features

Some features require a registered account, a confirmed email address, and active membership recorded by Mensa Serbia. You are responsible for the accuracy of submitted data, password security, and activity performed through your account. Accounts are personal and may not be transferred.

• Mensa Serbia may temporarily restrict access for security, identity verification, or expired membership.
• Report suspected account misuse without delay.

4. Payments, registrations, and orders

Where available, the website may display payment instructions, an IPS QR code, a payment slip, or another supported method. A user's declaration that payment was made is not proof of receipt. A payment, reservation, or order is recorded only after transaction verification and confirmation by Mensa Serbia.

• Before confirming, verify the payee, account, amount, purpose, and reference number.
• Specific terms shown with a registration, event, or product take precedence for that service.
• Consumer rights and other mandatory statutory rights cannot be excluded by these Terms.

5. AI assistant

AI assistant responses are generated automatically and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated. Mensa Serbia does not guarantee their accuracy. An AI response is not an official decision, professional advice, or a substitute for verification with the competent body or an authorized Mensa Serbia representative.

6. Content and intellectual property

Texts, visual identity, logos, photographs, documents, databases, and other website content are protected under applicable law and the rights of their owners. Personal, non-commercial use is allowed unless otherwise stated for specific material.

7. Privacy and security

Personal data is processed only for specified and legitimate purposes such as authentication, membership verification, registrations, communications, security, and legal obligations. Users must not send passwords, one-time codes, or payment card data through contact forms, chat, or email.

8. External links and services

The website may include third-party links or integrations. Mensa Serbia does not control their content, availability, or privacy practices. By opening an external service, you accept its terms and should review them beforehand.

9. Availability and liability

Mensa Serbia aims to keep content and services accurate, secure, and available, but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or the absence of technical errors. To the extent permitted by law, Mensa Serbia is not liable for damage arising solely from temporary interruption, reliance on unofficial information, or third-party services. This does not limit liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Changes and governing law

These Terms may be updated to reflect legal requirements, new functionality, or security needs. The current version is published on this page with its effective date. Serbian law applies, and disputes should first be resolved amicably and otherwise before the competent authority or court.
