How to exercise the right

Unless a statutory exception applies, a consumer may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The period is calculated according to the type of contract and applicable law. Send an unambiguous statement or the completed form by email or post before the deadline.

We will acknowledge receipt of the statement. Goods must be returned without undue delay and with reasonable care. The consumer bears the direct return cost unless the merchant agrees to bear it or the law provides otherwise. A card payment is refunded to the account of the card used for payment.
